      Also it has been 1 year, 3 months, and 2 days since Osaze Osagie was shot by members of the State College police force who haven't been fired, arrested, or even named to the public. bit.ly/2CmBTbB

        ALSO having good practices laid out doesn't mean that they were followed, or, as I understand from 302 (involuntary commitment) warrant conversations that followed... things would've been done very differently. But they weren't. 3 armed officers showed up instead.
