      Basically, most of our literature about systems work is task lists, one-off retrospectives, one-person reminiscences, nothing that's like "hey what is it like to run Voyager for 20 years, what is that work like over time?"

    still thinking about my heart when a woman I was interviewing said, re a drop in complaints after she got the vendor to help fix an ongoing issue "It does feel like some of the biggest impact. I love that. The best thing I’ve ever heard is that you don’t hate me."
