        it's not been a good weekend and it's not how I wanted to spend my weekend and I feel pretty awful, but I feel less devastated.

      you might be like "Ruth, why weren't you backing these up in ways other than the encrypted backup?" well, that's a fun story, my phone was struggling a lot with the USB cable and I finally fixed it but normally it was enough of a struggle to do that and I thought I knew the pass
