    1. LRT—There have been posts reminding us that when the due process doesn’t apply to non-citizens, it can’t apply to citizens either because there is no due process. But this is not an equal distribution of risk. It’s meant to protect whiteness and reinforce white supremacy.

    And the white people who want this aren’t gonna be scared by your due process warnings because they know it’s meant to further their agenda. You might scare some moderates but those committed to “moderation” on this at this point...? Yeah.
